Summary endpoint follows the speech-to-text suggestion until edited ... 49dcdab8bb

The Summaries endpoint is pre-filled from the saved speech-to-text
settings. When both were set up in one visit to Settings, the suggestion
was taken before speech-to-text was saved and stayed on the OpenAI
default, so summaries went to api.openai.com instead of the vendor just
configured. The field now only stores what the user types and otherwise
shows the current suggestion.

Show the icon and screenshots in the README ... cf084e674e

Five screenshots (recordings, recording, minutes, transcript, settings)
with demo content, resized to 540px and palette-compressed (~310 KB in
total), plus the app icon above the title and a pointer to installing.
