A steno pad with an audio waveform in the left column and transcript
lines in the right, on teal (#24564F), replacing the microphone
placeholder. Adaptive icon with a vector foreground and a monochrome
layer for Android 13+ themed icons, plus a round-icon entry. No PNG
fallbacks: minSdk 29 always uses the adaptive icon.

SVG masters and a 512px full-bleed icon (store listings, repository
avatar) live in art/icon/. The notification icon keeps the microphone,
which reads better at status-bar size.
