Settings is now a list (Storage, Speech-to-text, Summaries, Notes), each
entry showing its current state and opening its own screen. Every screen
follows one rule: nothing changes until Save in its top bar, which
returns to the list; leaving with unsaved changes asks to save, discard
or keep editing.

That includes folder picks: the picked folder is pending, and its
persisted permission is only taken on Save, so a discarded pick leaves
no grant behind. Saving the Notes screen releases the old notes folder's
grant if nothing else uses it. Previously the folders, the note file
name (per keystroke) and the link switch applied immediately while
speech-to-text and summaries needed Save.

The 630-line SettingsScreen.kt is split into the list, one file per
screen, and shared components (SettingsPage, KeyField, Hint).
