Audio gets a SHA-256 when a recording is finished (older recordings:
when first transcribed or summarized), stored in Room (v5). It is
written into the transcript header, the summary footnote and the meeting
note, and shown on the recording screen with a Verify button.

An optional notes folder (e.g. in an Obsidian vault synced by Syncthing)
gets one note per meeting, "yyyy-MM-dd Title.md": YAML properties
(date, duration, participants, tags, source, audio name and SHA-256),
the summary without its own heading, and the transcript in a collapsed
callout. It is written whenever a transcript or summary is saved, or on
demand. A note is updated, and renamed to follow the title, only while
its last-modified time is what PeggyPad left; otherwise a new note is
created next to it. Participants can be written as [[wikilinks]]. The
notes folder's grant is kept like the recordings folder's.

The notes folder's file names follow a pattern, "{{date:YYYY-MM-DD}}
{{title}}" by default, with {{title}}, {{date:FORMAT}} and
{{time:FORMAT}} and the Moment.js tokens Obsidian's templates use
(YYYY YY MMMM MMM MM M DD D dddd ddd HH H hh h mm ss A, [literal]).
Settings saves it as you type and shows a live example. Untouched notes
are renamed to the new pattern on their next update.
