All users run 0.3.3 or later, so the move to Documents/PeggyPad has
already run everywhere. Recordings it couldn't move keep working through
their stored content URI; nothing depended on the move code for that.

Removes RecordingStorage.moveToDefaultFolder, the repository wrapper,
RecordingDao.updateUri, the first-launch hook in PeggyApp and the README
note. The stale "moved_to_documents" preference is left in place; it is
never read.
